In about 5 weeks from now my flatmate and very good friend Nella, will be moving to Hong Kong. So after almost 8 years sharing apartments in West London together life is about to change quite dramatically for us both.
It’s not easy to say see you in a few months time to someone you see every day but it is exciting for us both to face life’s next big adventure and with that new living arrangements.
I spent the morning chatting with our landlady about the next steps and meeting a lovely potential new flatmate. Things are looking promising and I’m hoping I can stay put in my gorgeous little flat in Ealing among the parks and trees and fab run routes. I have a couple more people to meet but all being well, I should know who I’ll be sharing my home with in the next week or so.
By 11:30am, you’ve guessed it, I crashed out again and gave my body a chance to fight off this yukky coldy flu thing. It definitely had an impact as I’m starting to feel so much better already.
A day at home resting should sort me out ready to return to the office tomorrow. What’s more, I’m dosing up on oxygen infused kale like you wouldn’t believe! It’s my secret weapon!
Tomorrow I’m also due to attend an exciting Helly Hansen event in Notting Hill so I’m really wanting to power through the tail end of this monster cold so that I can a) go! and b) enjoy it!
Send me positive well vibes dudes and dudettes!
