In an attempt to redeem myself from my pak choi disaster earlier in the week I thought I’d venture out and be creative and make myself a homemade juice.
1/2 pineapple, 1/2 half a cucumber, 1/2 lemon, one stick of celery and it tasted good! Better still my new super sharp knives I got from my sister for my birthday made chopping up the pineapple effortlessly easy. I’ve also been recommended the Nutribullet as a way to blend everything really quickly and it comes with a takeaway mug. Very tempted.
As for my training, I was back out today with a steady 5km in 32 minutes. Felt okay but need more energy still. I’m sure it will come back to me soon enough 😊
