Sunday was all about the weird cravings. All I could think about when I woke up was fresh bread with butter and doughnuts! Then right before I went to bed I wanted cherryade and vanilla ice-cream! Before you start, no, I am definitely not pregnant but my body clearly needed sugars and salts this weekend. Must make sure I stay properly hydrated from now on.
Other than that it was pretty quiet yesterday. I did a little online shopping and bagged myself a Nutribullet to make more juices and soups and even to grind my own coffee – thanks for the tip Diana.
Instead of a juice I made a fruit dish made up of 1/2 pineapple, 1 banana, juice of 1/2 a lemon and some coconut jam or kaya. So good!
The week ahead is going to be focused on regular marathon training now. Wish me luck!
