🎶 It’s all about that race, bout that race 🎶
Yep its 19 days until the Nike Women’s 10km run in London and I’m still in recovery BUT I’m all signed up to do a Nike Training Club session this weekend in Regents Park.
My aim is to do a test run on Thursday, just a few km and see how my ankle responds. Swelling is gone all but a tiny bit on the inside my ankle now so I see my return in sight.
Next week I’ll do a couple of short runs, then I’m away for a long weekend in Devon doing lots of yoga and other fun stuff. A few short runs the week after and boom! 10km on 21st.
