Project 35 | Day 144

Yoga before breakfast and the a gentle stroll down to the Jurassic coast line is the best way to start your weekend.

A casual amble along the coast with a cappuccino in one hand and a selfie stick in the other Gemma and I soaked up the sea breeze and the calm. Isn’t sand in between your toes the best feeling? Even if the water was a bit chilly. 

We headed back lunch and to hang out with Start the dog, but did pick up some cheeky chips along the way and then I went for my first hot stone massage. Really relaxing for most of the time with some good de-knotting (is that a word?) too. Got a little bit of advice to go to see a chiropractor and a podiatrist to sort out my spine and arch so I guess that’s where my pocket money will be going next month. 

More yoga and mediation followed in the afternoon. The dinner with avocado and banana cacao mousse for dessert. Yum! 

Then a few of us found our selves discussing life and in all its facets with a sneaky beer 😉 just a half mind. 

Packed but relaxing day.
