I’ve been practising yoga for more than seven years and I’m now a fully qualified yoga teacher.
My journey into yoga began from a young age as I went from being national baton twirling champion, to a dancer for a number of years, and the eventually found running as a passion. It was only when I started training for the London marathon that I became fascinated by yoga in a way that was more than just a way to relax or work out.
I became fascinated by anatomy and sequencing, wanting to understand how each movement and pose was part of a journey in body and mind both on and off of my mat. It was then that I decided to do my teacher training and the rest is history.
I also have a passion for travel – 43 countries and counting – which I blog about over here: ‘Steph’s Bubble‘.
